ILCT was once a part of a multi-domestic law firm, Russin & Vecchi (R&V). At that time, R&V has four offices in Asia and concentrates solely on Asia related work. These offices are: Bangkok, Thailand; Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; and Taipei, Taiwan R.O.C. ILCT is the official name of the Bangkok office.

ILCT is a full-service law firm which offers legal services in almost every aspect of corporate and commercial laws. ILCT also housed many experts from across the fields.
